Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur's Seafood Extravaganza Buffet


The Courtyard restaurant in Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur has a Seafood Extravaganza dinner buffet this November 2019 and its feels well worth the prices, with a wide range of fresh-seafood as well as meat specialties that will surely get you going.

The seafood exploration features a variety of refreshing seafood on ice such as Fresh Live Oysters, Green Mussels, Tiger Prawns, Clams, Scallops, Yabbies followed by a selection of House Cured Salmon, Fresh Prawn Fruit Cocktail and not to mention the popular choice of Alaskan King Crab.

In addition to the cold plates, the chefs on deck will also be providing hot dish options through the live grill, showcasing their skills in food preparation for everyone to admire. Diners will be spoilt with a vast selection of sea and meaty varieties such as fish, chicken and beef seasoned with specialty marinades by the chefs to be grilled right away and served hot on the plate. You can also indulge in the impressive spread at the live carving station, offerings such as overnight roasted boneless lamb shoulder, marinated with salt, paprika, mustard and rosemary then seared and slow roast overnight for 6 to 8 hours that sounds yumm..!

No meal is complete without sweet treats. The dessert bar rounds off the dinner buffet with all-time favourite assorted Malay and Nyonya style kuih muih.
