A Wagyu Kaiseki Showcase with Guest Chef Hirohashi Nobuaki @ The Library, The Ritz-Carlton KL


Guest Chef Hirohashi Nobuaki who helms Ushidoki, the fine dining wagyu kaiseki restaurant in Singapore  will be cooking up a unique culinary presentation at The Library this 26 to 30 June.

With more than three decades of experience, Chef Hiro specialises in the art of preparing the perfect kaiseki experience. His love for wagyu beef has led him to curate delicate wagyu kaiseki cuisine that requires a set of distinctive skills and techniques to balance the flavours, textures and colours of his exquisite creations.

During the five-day promotion, Chef Hiro is set to bring refined and authentic Japanese specialities to the table through a degustation menu which begins with kanpai – the customary toast, followed by roast wagyu beef garnished with asparagus, miso vinaigrette and Yuzu herbs, then grilled wagyu beef served with soya sauce soil, edamame, sweet corn and mountain wasabi and braised wagyu beef complemented with sweet sauce sukiyaki, half-boiled egg, black truffles, mitsuba and steamed white rice. Dessert is a luscious olive oil ice cream with summer truffles.
