Guest Chef Francisco Araya @ The Library, The Ritz-Carlton KL


Start fresh this month and join The Ritz-Carlton KL and Guest Chef Francisco Araya for a stunning seven-course modern European cuisine at The Library, from 6 March to 10 March 2018. The seven-course meal will be showcasing a fine selection of fresh seafood dishes that are specially prepared by Chef Francisco. 

In case you didn't know, Chef Francisco is currently the Executive Chef at NAPA Wine Bar & Kitchen and was awarded one Michelin star at 81 Restaurant in Tokyo. He also spent a season at the legendary three Michelin-starred restaurant El Bulli in Spain under the tutelage of world-renowned Chef Ferran Adria. Hence with such  an impressive wealth of experience, diners will certainly be spoiled with the finest crafts and offerings.

The five-day promotion menu includes a fanciful amuse-bouche of crispy scallop and herbs, smoked celeriac hen egg, tomato, shrimp and watermelon, beetroot tartelette, followed by mains like oyster served with caviar and cauliflower, scallop ceviche, shrimp prepared with yuba, and Japanese orange sea bream. Last but not least, a luscious pandan ice-cream to conclude the dining.
