Fine Czech Cuisine with Guest Chef Pavel Sapik @ The Library, The Ritz-Carlton KL

The Guest Chef Dinner series at The Library, The Ritz-Carlton KL  presents Chef Pavel Sapik with his take on fine Czech cuisine from from the 9th to 11th April 2018, which will certainly bring you to an exceptional culinary experience like no other.

With over 29 years of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Pavel has received many accolades which includes Cook of the Year in the Czech Republic and was awarded gold at the Singapore Culinary Olympics. He has also worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants in the Czech Republic such as Flambee, The Circle Line and presently as Executive Chef at The Terrace at the Golden Well Prague. 

Below are the highlights of this specially curated menu by Chef Pavel which includes an amuse-bouche of smoked trout mousse with beetroot slices, traditional homemade bread, salted butter; followed by veal tartare, Bohemian soup kulajda, duck confit and a decadent dessert of Old Pargue's pear dumplings.
