Executive Chef Alex Au and team have created Teochew-style (Chiu Chow) cuisine this festive season with variety of Yee Sang that is paired with the classic Chiu Chow peanut and sesame sauce and selections of crunchy elements, for a aromatic indulgence . 

Four Season Fortune or Golden Jade Prosperity (starting from MYR 99.50 nett/person), that features creations such as Double-boiled Top Shell Soup with Cordyceps Flower, Steamed Dragron Tiger Spot with Bean Curd and Black Fungus, Baked Prawns with Salad Sauce, Braised South African Abalone with Brown Stock, Classic Steamed Red Snapper with bean Sauce, Chinese Glutinous Cake in Two Styles and lastly ending the dinner with a sweet note, Double-boiled Lotus Seeds and Lily Bulbs with Black Glutinous Riceball.

The nine-course Chinese New Year set menu (starts at MYR 888 nett/10 pax) consists of delectable offerings like Braised Superior Soup with Dried Scallops, Seafood and Crab Meat, Hong Kong-style Roasted Crispy Sesame Chicken, Steamed Sea Grouper in Soy Sauce topped with Crispy Dried Radish and Garlic, Wok-fried Prawns with Chef’s Signature Sauce and Crispy Noodles, Braised Dried Scallops, Pacific Clams and Mushrooms in Superior Oyster Sauce and Crispy Chinese New Year Ball Cake.
