Chef Christopher Millar showcases Modern Australian Cuisine @ The Library, The Ritz Carlton KL


From October 31 to November 4, the award-winning Australian Guest Chef Christopher Millar will be showcasing a six-course modern Australian cuisine dinner featuring his signature wagyu beef at The Library, The Ritz-Carlton KL.

Chef Chris is currently the Executive Chef of the acclaimed Stellar at 1-Altitude in Singapore. And is renowned for serving sumptuous wagyu beef flown all the way from Chef Chris's very own Tajima cattle herd in Australia.

Hence during the five-day promotion, guests will be able to enjoy Chef Chris's exquisite curation of wagyu beef, adding a distinctive touch to the menu which includes Chef's siganture Sturia Caviar on Creme Fraiche Cracker, and also different parts of waygu beef will be featured in the menu like Tri-Tip and Cheek. It will certainly create a memorable experience to your palette.
