Award-Winning Chef Justin Quek, will be collaborating with The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur to bring guests an exciting opportunity to savour Franco-Asian cuisine at The Library.The Singapore-born Chef with a remarkable career spanning over 30years which includes experiences in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world will dazzle you with unique fusion flavors that will not disappoint even the most critical of gourmands.Check out the highlights below,
