The Ritz Carlton KL in it's second series has invited Executive Guest Chef Lino Sauro to The Library, where he will be showcasing a 4 course Sicilian menu, with pairing of wines, champagne. And we had a chance to sample his fabulous creations..
On arrival We started our meal with an Amuse-Bouche, fresh oyster and topped with generous amount of caviar.
The other choice of mains available for selection is the Signature Gattopardo Seafood Stew. An honest and satisfying bowl of seafood stew. which had a nice depth of flavour to it, mixed in prawns, mussel, calamari, fish and clams would love this dish on that cold rainy days.
