ISETAN The Japan Store in Kuala Lumpur delivers Japanese lifestyles and aesthetics by incorporating Japanese history, culture, technology and lifestyle into its design. If you’ve ever had the privilege to visit Japan, you’d instantly recognize the details you’d find along throughout the store that instantly transport you back to the magical country.
The department store consist of six floors, with each floor carefully designed to its section featuring high-quality/high-end products from all over Japan. There are over 200 brands currently on display. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll find on each floor.
LGF: THE MARKET
“Experience seasonal flavors”, as this floor offers authentic Japanese flavors that change throughout the four seasons, as well as, food innovations that would surely intrigue any foodie alike.
GF: THE MUSEUM
“Experience the ultimate Japan” with this floor as it offers Japan’s rich diversity in fashion, art, and technology.
1F: THE STUDIO
“Experience fashion live” with this unique floor as you’ll find Japan’s fashion culture and information transmission space for fashionistas from all of ASEAN.
2F: THE ROOM
“Experience grateful lifestyle” with this floor through its beautiful conveyance of the healthy Japanese style and living.
3F: THE CUBE
“Experience an inspiring culture” on this floor with its three zones: “feel,” “know,” and “create”, where visitors can experience Japan through mind and body.
4F: THE TABLE
“Experience premium dining” on this floor as it will together six famous restaurants serving Japanese cuisine, sushi, yakitori, tonkatsu and yakiniku.
*The restaurant floor is scheduled to open in January 2017.
