Great Guardian Makeover
Confidence Creation – the key to empowering women
Guardian, as the country’s leading pharmacy, health and beauty retailer, has taken on a synergistic role, encouraging not just women, but the community in general, and its customers in particular, to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. The Guardian Makeover, now in its 9th year, is part of Guardian’s continuous efforts to empower women to take charge of their health and well-being.
I was there at the fair, and for those who have never been to this fair, you should definitely head on over! Besides the opportunity of getting a personalized makeover consisting of makeup and hairstyling, you will also get a chance to have your photo taken and printed.
Great Guardian Makeover's Makeup and Hairstyling Booths
The participating brands that have worked hand in hand with Guardian this year are Avene, Bio-Essence, Biogrow, Blackmores, Catrice, Enchanteur, Eucerin, Hada Labo, Lakme, Lennox, Lip Hop, Loreal, Maybelline, Revlon and Sensodyne.
But if you miss the fair in Johor Bahru and Putrajaya, there’s still a chance to catch the fair for Penangites or those heading north next weekend. It will be held in Queensbay Mall, Penang at the Ground Floor, South Atrium from 2-3 April 2016.
The fair will also be casting new models for Hijabista magazine. Those interested can participate by purchasing products of any amount at the on-going fair, along with the publisher’s combo of magazines.
So, don’t miss this! It was well put together, with ample makeup booths, a friendly makeup and hairstyling team, and even props for the photo booth! Besides that, you get a chance to browse and buy amazing beauty products from Guardian.
I loved my makeover – it was just nice for an everyday look and not overdone, and the hairstylist did up my hair in braids and bouncy curls! Get yourself over, and get a makeover!
