Ironically there's always time for movies, video games, shopping but there's never time for exercise. Hmmm... First of all, if you are wondering what's the AnleneMove is all about, it's actually a new mobile app that jump start your health with the AnleneMove custom habit-forming programme tailored to your lifestyle and preferences. It has everything you need from reminder, motivational quotes, tips, and etc to keep you moving towards a healthy lifestyle !
The programme is custom made to 21 days because studies have shown that it takes 21 days for an activity to turn into a routine. So basically after this 21 days of AnleneMove programme, the healthy eating habits and lifestyle will eventually like a routine to you. You'll wouldn't have your trainers gathering dusk anymore.
Step 1 : To start off, all you need to do is download the AnleneMove app from the App Store/Google Play Store for FREE.
1. What if I do not own a smartphone but I would still like join the AnleneMove campaign ?
Answer : Even if you do not own a smartphone, fret not as you can still join the AnleneMove 21 Days programme via computer/laptop at www.anlene.com.my/move/.
Step 2 : Once you are in the app, there are a few questions that you have to fill up so the AnleneMove 21 Days programme can be made tailored to suit your needs.
Step 3 : Then you've to choose the activity that you prefer, whether it's jogging, yoga, swimming, hiking, cycling, running and etc.
Here are some guideline that can help you to decide which activity to go for :-
- Which is your favourite exercise ?
- Do have access to the venue or the facilities to conduct the exercise ? (eg. I have an easy access to the swimming pool in my condominium or the Badminton court is just walking distance from my house)
- Would you be able to do the selected exercise at least once a week ?
1 . Can I can change my choice of exercise throughout the 21 days ?
Answer : Not at the moment as the whole idea of the 21 days challenge is for you to stick to that particular exercise for 21 days, so it'll then be transformed into habit, creating a healthier lifestyle.
2. How often do I need to do the exercise ?
Answer : Once you have selected your choice of exercise, you'll have to choose the Time and Session Per Week for it. So do choose the time and session that's convenient for you. You can always start with one session then as you go along the 21 days you can increase the session to 2 or 3 per week.
Step 4 : Key in your goal for this AnleneMove 21 Days campaign. You goal can be for family, for friends, for your love one or even for yourself. Once you have set your goal, this will be the driving force for you to keep moving towards a healthy lifestyle !
Step 5 : Start moving and don't forget to log in to your goal every time after you have done your exercise ya !
1. I have set my exercise time to be at 5pm daily but today I decided to do my exercising in the morning due to the scheduling, so would I still be rewarded with points ?
Answer : Yes. You still can log in to your Move Goal and earn points for it.
2. What do I do with all the points I get ?
Answer : The more points you get, the more stuff you can redeem it with. You can redeem yoga mat, stability ball, mi band, Adidas products, Legoland passes and many more with the points you have collected. So start moving and earn more points now !
