8 Manga Makeup Tips with L'Oreal Paris Miss Manga Mascara

Anime and Manga is a huge deal in Japan. If you are wondering what's the different between Anime and Manga, it's actually the same, it's just that Anime is animated whereas Manga is the comic book version of it. Anyway, you can see a lot of different type of characters with variety of costumes in Anime or Manga, but one thing that I notice is that all of the girls will definitely have that dolly, watery, cute, big eyes, which I have been dying to have. So I have been playing with a few makeup products, trying to create the Manga Makeup and here are some tips that would help in achieving it.

8 Manga Makeup Tips
with L'Oreal Paris Miss Manga Mascara

These are the 8 makeup tips to get that cute, dolly Manga Makeup. Hey, if Manga makeup is not your thang, you can use these tips for your daily makeup too. ;)

Tip #1. Apply Foundation & Concealer

As you can see all manga character has an amazingly flawless skin. So in order to have that Manga flawless skin, it's best to start off  your makeup with foundation because it'll evens out your skin tone, creating a clean flawless canvas for you to create the manga look. If you need a little extra coverage to conceal those dark circles or pimples, then dab on your concealer.

Tip #2. Seal Everything in with Compact Powder

Liquid foundation and concealer might melt away or move during the day so seal everything in with loose powder or finishing powder.

Tip #3. Double Flick Eyeliner

Time for some eyeliner. To create that dolly manga eyes, all you need is an extra flick. Draw your usual cat eye flick eye with a liquid eyeliner, then add on an extra flick on top of it. It might not look like as tho there's much of a different but I can assure you, it does make a different to your eye makeup, giving the extra definition to your look later on.

Tip #4. Illusion of False Bottom Lashes

Manga makeup is all about the lashes. If you are not blessed with thick lashes, then try adding thin lines on your bottom eye to create an illusion of thicker and longer bottom lashes.

Tip #5. Open Up Eyes with White Eyeliner

After you are done with the "illusion bottom lashes", then use a white eyeliner for the bottom water line to open up your eyes, making it much bigger and dolly for the manga eye makeup.
