I notice that I would hit a roadblock most of the time when I am packing my skincare for traveling, especially during those long haul flights. Probably some of you have been there, buying tiny bottle to transfer the product one by one, making sure that it doesn't exceed the flight limit. To be honest, that's definitely a frustrating process and what worse is when it spills in your bag. That's why I started a new cleansing routine when it comes to travelling, which is bringing cleansing bar instead.
Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing Bar
for dry, sensitive skin
Now let's discuss about my current travel friendly cleanser, Cetaphil Cleansing Bar.
I use to find cleansing bar troublesome and unhygienic due to the characteristics of it but I have just found out a great way to use it which is to cut it into smaller pieces and used one piece everyday. Isn't that smart ? With this, I can pack few pieces of it into a container and use for travelling. And the best part is, I'll never have the flight liquid issue at all because it's a cube form now. So during that long haul flight, I'll take one piece and use it in the same way like normal cleanser, lather, massage in and muslin off. It's rich but not heavy and seems like a great match for my skin during my dry skin day. Work for sensitive skin ? I am not sure about that as I do not have sensitive skin but for those who has sensitive nose just like me, I can let you know that this is sensitive nose friendly. It’s has the clinic like smell to it, so no worries irritating your nose.
When I've got a little extra with that Cetaphil Cleansing Bar cube in hand, I used it for full body cleansing in the shower. A cleansing bar that can work on both face and body, does tick all the usability boxes for cleanser. Two words to sum it up ? Nourishing and travel friendly.
What's your favourite cleanser when it comes to traveling ?
