I know it has been a while since my last update on skincare. Mainly due to my overloading research work and write up. Anyway, I am back today to review on the OST Original Pure Vitamin C20 Serum by Natta Cosme. Some skincare products, I can literally tell whether it's a yay or nay by how well it works with my make up routine, but some others would take months - hence the wait on this one.

OST Original Pure Vitamin C20 Serum Review
by Natta Cosme

I'll give you a quick overview of the OST Original Pure Vitamin C20 Serum packaging. Well the orange box explains alot on the main ingredients of the product, Vitamin C which we will generally find it in orange. I personally find the packaging of OST Original Pure Vitamin C20 Serum is sleek and clean cut, just the way I like my stuff to be, but sadly all the instructions or ingredients are written in korean language. So all I can rely on is the description written on Natta Cosme product page (here).

Let's put the packaging aside and talk about the product on my skin. Personally my skin condition sits on the pretty good side I would say - okay, there are occasional breakouts during the time of month but overall it's quite good. So counting the OST Original Pure Vitamin C20 Serum into my skincare routine is definitely an add-on to my face, providing it with more nutrients.  After using it for a month, I have to say it does what it says on the product description. My skin feels plumped up and softer, like baby kind of skin and even my fine lines have been smudged off - not totally vanish but I would say one shade lighter.

I pad on the OST Original Pure Vitamin C20 Serum all over my face everyday and night as Serum and the interesting part that I have never encountered with any skincare product is the sticky like feeling on face after application. The sticky feeling is sort of like the sticky texture you find on your skin after removing a plaster or tape. However, as OST Original Pure Vitamin C20 Serum settles on my skin, the sticky feeling vanished, leaving behind a smooth and soft feeling. According to the product description, there might be some stimulus feeling, but there no stimulus or stingy sensation on my face at all. Well, if you do experience stimulus sensation, it's recommended to mix the Vitamin C20 Serum with few drops of toner. It'll make your skin feels refreshing and without the sticky feeling too.

Overall, OST Original Pure Vitamin C20 Serum works well on my skin. I feel like I'm finally at the place where I'm layering slices of oranges on my face feeding all the Vitamin C it needs. The Vitamin C20 Serum comes with quite a reasonable price of RM for 30ml which will basically last you for at least 2 to 3 months. I think it's a pretty fair deal, so let's feed our face with "slices of oranges" and Vitamin C...

  6. I have never heard of this product before, so thanks for introducing me to the brand! By the way, I also experience breakouts during that time of the month and it's a total pain in the neck.. I wish there was a way of preventing that from happening!!
