Ramadhan Marathon Training Tips by Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2014 !‏

Hey guys, it's the holy month of Ramadhan but that doesn't stop those enthusiastic runners out there who will still continue with their training for marathon. So Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2014 has put together some training tips for you guys during this Ramadhan.

Things to take note in Running during Ramadhan


  • Space out the hours - do not forget to leave your run until at least 2 hours after you have eaten.
  • Run late at night or early morning before breakfast - do not run during the day time as it'll dehydrate you easily.
  • Quality not quantity - avoid long runs which will cause dehydration and fatigue. 


Lets put on our running shoes and continue the training during Ramadhan ! :D
