Ramadhan Buffet Preview @ Rajang Hall, GTower

"Its the month of fasting and feasting."

So I have recently got back from my holiday at Nusajaya, Johor, where the sun blared harsher than it normally would. I have definitely got darker and only god knows when will it goes back to my original light brown tone. On the upside, I had feast my stomach with tonnes of "ikan bakar" dinner that has eventually shown it on my waist and hip and also face !

Well nothing to be fret of since the holy month of Ramadhan is just around the corner and I can fast all my "ikan bakar" off. Actually by thinking of it, I highly doubt so. In the month of Ramadhan, all I can think of is the long walk at the Ramadhan bazaar hunting for all the Malay delicacy and turn out buying more than my stomach can fit.

Okay lets not beat around the bush. Recently I have been invited to the preview of Rajang GTower Ramadhan Buffet. To be frank, after one whole day of fasting, there's nothing better than pampering your stomach with all the scrumptious delicacies at the GTower and they have been organizing such buffet for 2 years !

Their celebrity chef, Chef Johnny Fua and his team have prepared a tantalizing halal local delicacies for the Ramadhan Buffet at GTower, ranging from Malay style appetizer to everyone's favourite dessert, the ABC.

It was indeed a memorable night, feasting in all the scrumptious and tantalizing Malay delicacies. In hindsight, I have been all tied up with the hot dishes, especially the red snapper (which I can assure you that every bite pairing with the spicy and sour dressing of it, is just divine) and have totally forgotten to try the macarons, my all time favourite. But positive thinking comes with knowing that there will be a next time. :)
