All you need to make this healthful yet delish meal are :-
2 tablespoons of Onions1 cup sliced Mushroom1/2 cup of firm Tofu1/2 teaspoon of salt1 CapatiBlackpepper and soy sauce for flavouring (depending on one`s preference)Estimated time taken : 10 - 15 minutes.
1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat by coating it with some oil.
2. Pour in the onions and mushroom and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Add in the tofu and stir, break the tofu up and incorporate with the onions and mushrooms. Cook until the tofu is slightly browned for approximately 5 minutes, stir often so it doesnt burn.
4. Place the tofu mixture on a bowl and add in salt, pepper and soy sauce.
