Quick Meal with Tofu Mushroom Scramble on Capati

" Who says preparing a meal is hard ? "

Since the day my mom brought home a bag full of recipe books from Big Bad Wolf Sales, I have been itchy to try out some of the simple dishes in the recipe book. 

So this time I made this Tofu Mushroom Scramble on Capati !
* Simply because I was on diet and looking for something healthy yet not fattening. XD *

The dish was originally with Wheat Tortilla but I was too lazy to look for it in supermarket so I did it with Capati instead. Well who say cooking is a rigid thing ? haha

All you need to make this healthful yet delish meal are :-
2 tablespoons of Onions
1 cup sliced Mushroom
1/2 cup of firm Tofu
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 Capati
Blackpepper and soy sauce for flavouring (depending on one`s preference)
Estimated time taken : 10 - 15 minutes.

1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat by coating it with some oil. 

2. Pour in the onions and mushroom and cook for 3 minutes.

3. Add in the tofu and stir, break the tofu up and incorporate with the onions and mushrooms. Cook until the tofu is slightly browned for approximately 5 minutes, stir often so it doesnt burn.

4. Place the tofu mixture on a bowl and add in salt, pepper and soy sauce.

You may put some garnish to add in some coloring to it.

Serve the tofu mixture on your capati and off you go, a healthful and yummy dish !

You may wrap the capati around it according to your preference. 
All I did was put the tofu mixture in the center then fold it into half ! :)

Wait no more and dig in now ! nom nom nom
