Easy-peasy Breakie with Sauteed Tomatoes and Half Boiled Egg ♥

" Good breakie is the best way to kick start your day ! "


I literally got a lot of breakie idea from the instagram photos by @euniceeunny
She likes to eat and the best part is she made most of the dishes all by herself ! That cool isnt it. 

Today I was getting a little bored with oat breakie so I decided to make 
Sauteed Tomatoes with Half Boiled Egg !
The breakie originally was with hot dog also but I aint such a big fan of hot dogs so nahh.. 

All you need to put up such yummy and delish breakie are :-
1 Half Boiled Egg (no of eggs depending on one`s preference)
3 Tomatoes cut into small sizes
1 clove of chopped Garlic
1 tablespoon of Vinegar
Pinch of Salt





First of all, heat up the pan with some oil and fry the garlic a little.


Then pour in the tomatoes and salt. 
Fry it till the tomatoes get soft with all the juice gush out of it.


End it with vinegar and continue cooking it for a while. 

Walllaaaa.. 
Its ready to be chomped ! 
Serve the sauteed tomatoes with the half boiled egg, that you have prepared earlier.


You may sprinkle some soy sauce and pepper on it for flavoring.
I personally like the hint of spiciness in my food, so pepper is a must for me ! haha
