There was over 80 different dishes in the buffet, with the fusion of traditional Malay, Indian, and Western cuisine.
The Malay style salad bar.
The western salad bar.
Variety of Malay kuih.
The Cucur Udang was very fresh and crispy from the outside and soft in the inside. You can literally hear the crunchiness of it, when you put your teeth on it. * nom nom nom *
Sushi looking egg roll.
I like this Sushi looking egg roll, which has a huge piece of crabstick covered by fish fillet and a layer of seaweed and thin egg roll to wrap it up. The roll itself was quite plain and bland, and you must be wondering why I like it. HAHAH simply because it looks very colourful. But fret not cause there are variety of sauces for you to dip into, to enhance the flavouring of it.
The raw oyster.
Shrimp Saute with Onions (Udang Tumis Halia Bawang Besar).
Cinnamon Lamb (Kambing Percik Kayu Manis).
Oh gosh, Tandoori Chicken is a MUST cause it would literally costs a leg and arm if you ever eat it at some mamak restaurant. I took quite a lot of it and it was yummieh...
The steamboat section.
The noodle section.
The dessert section ^v^.
Lets dig in to the dessert corner !!
All the desserts which include cakes and pudding are cut into small little finger size and arranged orderly creating a lovely presentation in the dessert table, to feast the eye and of course the stomach too.
The place has a traditional Malay style embellishment, with the wooden door and some raya decoration. It felt pretty much like you are all back in your kampung. *balik kampung ~~~ *
A very dim lighting was used in the restaurant to create a warm feeling while dining at there.
The tables and chairs are all very well arranged, not too near nor far apart from each other. So that you can have enough space to dine and also talk to your friends..
Other than pampering your hungry stomach with food, you can also take a walk at the mini bazaar Ramadhan located right outside of the restaurant. The bazaar was selling mainly on clothes and accessories, it looks expensive tho. * >~< *
Ambiance : The place was very cozy and nice for a group of friends to get-together. If you ever want dine there, you must request to dine indoor cause the outdoor environment wasnt that pleasant.P.S. Looking forward for more buffet !! ♥
Service : Service crew was quite friendly and helpful. They were always there, ready to clean up your table to accommodate more food !!
Price : For Buka Puasa Buffet, the price was quite reasonable, since it was in a hotel.
Presentation : Food presentation was very pleasant and delightful.
Taste : Some dishes was quite bland, but overall was quite appealing and flavoursome.
I like the way you are
